A Fundraiser for Children with Autism
All are welcome, no experience necessary!
Please join Hélène in cooperation with Om Factory, for a fundraiser benefitting children with autism. This workshop is an introduction to Aerial Yoga, revisiting classical yoga poses and exploring elements of aerial acrobatics. Students of all levels will learn to flip and fly with the support of a soft fabric. You will gain body awareness, increase your strength and flexibility, have a lot of fun and get great photos of yourself upside down at the end of the class!
We often take for granted our ability to self-reflect and understand ourselves, our emotions, our bodies, and the world that surrounds us. For those diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or other developmental disorders, such insight may be a difficult or impossible process, affecting cognitive processing as well as social interaction.
The Sherkow Center for Child Development.
All proceeds go to The Sherkow Center for Child Development — an organization that seeks to make change in children’s lives, whether diagnosed with ASD or any other developmental disability.
Every dollar raised counts.
Help us make a difference in the lives of those in need! Even if you are unable to attend the workshop, please consider making a donation to The Sherkow Center. You can learn more about the important work that they do at www.sherkowcenter.org.

A Fundraiser for Exhale to Inhale
All are welcome, no experience necessary!
During this donation-based workshop, Hélène & Maisah will lead an empowering Vinyasa Flow to help your body release stress and tension, making it easier to feel your underlying strength. To finish, they will lead you through a series of Restorative poses, that will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated. All of this, plus you'll be helping support Exhale to Inhale’s efforts to offer women trauma-sensitive yoga.
Exhale to Inhale.
Everyone should be able to feel safe and secure in their own skin. Exhale to Inhale works with women who have had that sense of safety and security violated, by empowering survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to reclaim their lives through the healing & grounding practice of yoga.
Every dollar raised counts.
