KAITLIN GOULD

Kaitlin Gould (she/they) is a Kansas City native, with an MFA in acting from East 15 Acting School in London. There she trained with industry professionals at The Globe, GITIS (Russian Institute of Theater Arts), and her love of movement, physical theater, and devising began. Her aerial journey began in 2017, after seeing several shows and cabarets, and decided “Why not try?” With a background in writing, film, and theater, she has a strong love for character work, story, and concepts, and has enjoyed discovering this within the world of aerial arts.

She specializes in silks and hammock, with some rope experience, and conditioning on straps and bar apparatuses. She completed a year-long aerial training intensive in Kansas City under the guidance of Kelsey Aicher where she got experience not only training, but creating acts and performing. She has trained all over NYC, taking as many classes as she can including: The Muse, Aerial Arts NYC, Body & Pole, CirqueHaus, Streb, Vital, and OM Factory, and loves performing as much as she can.

Aerial has been an inspiring, challenging journey that has given her the gift of confidence and community, and she loves to share that gift with others so that they may discover it within themselves.
