private policies

Payment & fees

A convenience fee will be applied for any off-site, off-hours or rush bookings that take place less than 48 hours before the event.

Payment in full is required to secure a session.

 

CANCELLATIONS

At lease 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session, at which point 50% of booking price is refundable

(for cancellations). Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the event are not refundable.

 

Minors (students under 18)

All students under the age of 18, must complete a Waiver signed by a legal guardian prior to registration, or the start of ANY class or private session.
