•  Filtered water is available at the studio, students are encouraged to refill reusable bottles.

•  Changing areas are all-gender, with individual curtained booths.

class registration

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class start time.

To guarantee your reservation, 

please arrive at least 5 minutes before start time — particularly for classes with limited space and aerial apparatus.

5-minute grace period is granted

after the start of all Aerial classes.

There is strictly NO admittance
after these grace periods.

No refunds or exchanges for late arrivals or cancellations (within less than 24 hours). 

cancellations & refunds

Full refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations made at least 24 HOURS before the start of class OR at least 48 HOURS before the start of a workshop — unless otherwise specified.

Pre-registered members who are absent from class will be charged a $25 no-show cancellation fee.

We do not offer refunds or credits for late cancellations or no shows to classes or workshops.

Yoga memberships & class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3-Month Members may request 

a temporary suspension of their membership for up to 30 days during a 3-month contract. 

Suspensions should be requested 

prior to the next auto-pay date.

Suspension & termination requests must be made via email: info@omfactory.yoga

Annual Members may request

a one-time suspension of up to

ONE MONTH per year.

Early termination of contract is 

subject to a fee of $30/month for every month remaining.

Minors (under 18)

All students under the age of 18, must complete a Waiver signed by a legal guardian (available below) prior to class registration, or the start of ANY class.

Students under the age of 18, wishing to participate in adult-level classes must receive prior approval by the instructor. Students under the age of 14, wishing to participate in adult-level classes must have a parent or legal guardian present

in the studio during the class, in addition to prior approval by the instructor.

Students under the age of 13, are not allowed to participate in adult-level Circus and Bungee classes.

Students under the age of 10, are not allowed to participate in any adult-level classes. Please take a look

at our Kids Aerial Classes in order to find classes appropriate for children this age.  

Minors may be turned away from classes without prior permission, or completed Waiver.

WHAT TO WEAR?

pre-requisites

•  Students should exhibit the
   appropriate pre-requisite skill set
   before advancing to the next level.     Teacher approval may be required.
•  Silks students must attend 2 - 4
   Circus playground 101 classes,       or a Silks 101 Workshop before

   participating in Silks Open Level

   classes.
